What a nice woman that works the counter. She may own the place but she makes a plum drink that is something identical to what we do in Persian culture. I ordered the deep fried chicken and the beef brisket. Both were perfect. So tasty. The Szechuan sauce on the chicken was a perfect amount of spice. Maybe a little more than franks or the same. Quality stuff. Even the way she packed the to go back was with so much care. Great place.

I ordered the braised pork combo not really expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by how good it is. The pork is so tender and flavorful and they gave me 5 big pieces. The soup is not for me as its on the sweeter side which I don't prefer.

Tried the pork burger combo - overall quite solid. The meat in the 2 burgers were flavored very much like it was part of a stew - unexpected but nice! The side salad was simple - just sesame oil for flavor. The side soup was also unexpected, a mildly sweetened but mainly savory green bean.

Aberdeen Food Court ( Aberdeen Mall) in Richmond 4151 Hazelbridge Way, Richmond,BC, Canada V6X 4J7 Located in the food court, you ordered your food at their counter & wait for them to prepare the food, they give you a number to come back & pick up your order. The food court is huge, clean tables & chairs available. We tried Sesame Kitchen for their Kung Pao chicken, the chicken is so tasty, my son had ordered it & the smell was heavenly, so was the taste. We bought one for takeout for tomorrow’s lunch. Sesame kitchen had great selection in their rice & noodle menu Ample parking - lots of seats in the food court, they keep the tables clean. You see the cleaners constantly cleaning tables after it has been used by the previous customers.
